We are saddened to announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, cousin, sister, aunty and friend, Francisca Mann affectionately known as Alcess, Belfare or Mann of Sarrot. She departed this life peacefully on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 7:55 p.m., at her daughter's residence in Sarrot. She was 83 years old.

Eric Camille, also known as Sonny, of Ciceron

Mary Rosemond, also known as Ardar, and family of Sarrot
Two Brothers:
Josephat Rosemond, also known as Car-yar, and family of Sarrot and
Par-Pone of Vieux-Fort
Nieces and Nephews:
Theresa Rosemond also known as Phonisha and family, who was also her caretaker of Sarrot
Her nieces and nephews in Barbados, Sarrot, and Cul-de-Sac
Extended Family:
Many grandnieces and grandnephews both here and abroad; and the children of the late Peter Rosemond in Barbados and Saint Lucia.

The funeral service of our beloved Francisca Mann also known as Alcess, Belfare, or Mam will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Zion Seventh-day Adventist Church, Labayee. Interment will follow at the Jacmel , Cemetery.
Her body now lies peacefully in the care of Rambally's Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
